Permanent Residency Program

Option 1: Property Lease Option

  • A property lease of EUR 12,000 per annum in North Malta, OR EUR 10,000 per annum in South Malta or Gozo.
  • A direct contribution of EUR 58,000 to the Maltese economy.
  • A donation to a non-governmental organization of EUR 2,000
  • A non-refundable administration fee of EUR 40,000

Option 2: Property Purchase Option

  • A property purchase of EUR350,000 in North Malta, OR EUR300,000 in South Malta or Gozo.

Steps and Procedures

Step 1

Sign an agreement with Knightsbridge Group to delegate us as your advisor for the application, due diligence, and legal procedures.

Step 2

Submit all necessary supporting documents to the Maltese government, including proof of capital not less than EUR 500,000 (only EUR 150,000 of that amount is in financial assets), with the assistance of our team of immigration lawyers.

Step 3

  • Receive approval by principle from the Government of Malta.
  • Investment to be made only after receiving the approval.

Step 4

Travel to Malta for your scheduled biometrics appointment.

Step 5

Issuance of your Maltese residency card.
