Citizenship by Investment Program

Since 1993, Dominica has offered a citizenship by investment program known for its affordability, making it the most cost-effective choice for a single applicant in the Caribbean. The program begins with a government donation starting at USD 100k.

With this passport, Dominica citizens can enjoy visa-free travel to 144+ countries, including key business hubs, North and Latin America, and Asia. An enticing aspect of the Dominica citizenship is that applicants and their dependents are not required to reside in Dominica. This means you can apply for and receive your Dominica passport without uprooting your family or relinquishing your original nationality.

On July 17, 2023, Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Programme embarked on a pioneering initiative by introducing mandatory interviews for applicants aged 16 and over.
